Punktualnie o godz. 1900 w dniu 13 marca br. w świetlicy wiejskiej we wsi Wydawy spotkali się mieszkańcy tej społeczności ażeby ze swojego grona wybrać Sołtysa i Radę Sołecką na nową 4-letnią kadencję.
W dniu 12 marca br. zgodnie z uchwałą Rady Miejskiej w Poniecu ruszyła dwutygodniowa kampania wyborcza organów wykonawczych sołectw i Zarządu Osiedla w Poniecu.
Gminne Centrum Kultury w Poniecu wspólnie z nauczycielami ze Szkoły Podstwowej w Poniecu Edytą Wojciechowską i Anetą Piasecką oraz Publicznego Gimnazjum w Poniecu Tomaszem Wojciechowskim zorganizowało program artystyczny dla wszystkich mieszkanek miasta i gminy z okazji Dnia Kobiet.
W sali sesyjnej Urzędu Miejskiego w Poniecu odbył się kolejny w powiecie gostyńskim konwent wójtów i burmistrzów z udziałem Starosty i V-ce Starosty Gostyńskiego.
W dniu 18 lutego br. Gminne Centrum Kultury w Poniecu wspólnie z Joanną Zborowską oraz Mateuszem Matysiakiem - nauczycielami Publicznego Gimnazjum w Poniecu zorganizowało wyjazd do Teatru Nowego w Poznaniu na spektakl „Romeo i Julia” Williama Shakespeara.
W ramach realizacji zadań Obrony Cywilnej w powiecie gostyńskim w każdy czwarty czwartek miesiąca
o godz. 12:00 uruchomione zostaną syreny alarmowe (jeden sygnał syren trwający 3 minuty).
