W dniu 11 maja br. Pełnomocnik Burmistrza ds. Rozwiązywania Problemów Alkoholowych wraz z Gminnym Centrum Kultury w Poniecu zorganizowali wycieczkę do pływalni Akwawit dla dzieci ze świetlic środowiskowo – terapeutycznych z terenu gminy Poniec.
W wycieczce udział wzięły dzieci z Sarbinowa, Szurkowa, Ponieca, Rokosowa, Żytowiecka oraz Łęki Wielkiej. Dla dzieci został przygotowany pokaz ratownictwa wodnego, który został przedstawiony przez ratowników pływalni Akwawit. Przedstawiono oraz omówiono zasady udzielania pierwszej pomocy osobom poszkodowanym. Oprócz tego dzieci mogły skorzystać z basenu rekreacyjnego, trzech zjeżdżalni, jacuzzi i hydromasaży.
W wycieczce udział wzięło 96 dzieci oraz 8 opiekunów.
Wycieczka została zorganizowana w ramach zakończenia działalności świetlic środowiskowo – terapeutycznych w roku szkolnym 2006 / 2007.
