W dniu 21.03.2007r. Gminne Centrum Kultury w Poniecu zaprosiło znany dziecięcy zespół taneczny „Iskierki” z Leszna. W sali GCK przy ul. Szkolnej „Iskierki” wystąpiły dwa razy.

O godzinie 9:00 przedstawiły spektakl taneczny  pt. „ Baśniowa kraina tańca”- obejrzały go dzieci z klas I i II Szkoły Podstawowej  w Poniecu, a o godz. 10:00  kl. II i III ( ogółem  140 dzieci). Uczniów spektakl zachwycił piękną scenografią, światłami, barwnymi strojami oraz bajeczną muzyką.
